Yet more on Perception

L0034_2016_09_09

Good afternoon.

Today I will continue with a further discussion on the nature of perception. Perception is an action, an action you engage as essence for the purpose of participating as a focus in a physical dimension such as yours. This action of perception generates the experiences for that focus in the manner which I have described. And the functioning of perception is to generate for you as essence a stream of sensory input to your consciousness. This stream of sensation is so completely immersive, and detailed, and full that you forget while engaged in this activity that you are engaging a focus and generating your experience through your perception action.

Most individuals are unaware of their perception for they are so fully immersed in the experience within what perception is generating that they become unaware of their action, the action of perception. In a manner of speaking, perception is the focus, it is what creates that focusing action and immerses you in the physical dimension of your choosing.

Your perception creates all of your experience down to the most minute detail, from the moment you are born until you choose to disengage your focus, and then even for some time period afterwards until you have fully divested of your beliefs and your action of perception. Once you have disengaged the focus most individuals will for a time experience an environment similar to that in which they had just been engaged, however in this environment their interactions with other individuals take on a different character, for in this environment after you have disengaged your focus, the individuals that you interact with are pure reflections of yourself, they do not contain elements of the individuals that they are likenesses of. This you are already aware of.

Perception plays a part in this, for your perception continues to operate in this transitional environment, however your perception itself is disengaged from the blueprint of the physical dimension and as such it no longer draws from the blueprint and instead relies fully upon your beliefs and your memories and other subjective elements of yourself. Therefore in this environment your interactions with others are simply generated by your perception based on what you expect or believe the other individual to express.

At the final stage of this, disengaging your focus entirely, perception ceases to operate, you discontinue the action of perception and your experience is no longer generated in that manner.

Now on the subject of what is possible, what is probable, what is realistic: in actuality there are no limitations, all is possible, even while you are engaged in your focus. However your beliefs strongly influence what you allow yourself to be deemed possible.

For example, if you do not believe it is possible to entirely manipulate and structure your interactions with other individuals then you shall not. Indeed most individuals have no such concept, they simply accept that their interactions with other individuals are exactly what the other individual is expressing and in these cases that will in fact be the case, for this individual’s beliefs do not allow otherwise.

Now if you allow yourself at least the recognition that you have no limitations, that it is at least theoretically possible to generate whatever imagery you wish even though you may feel that it is beyond your capabilities or perhaps outside of what you feel comfortable with, if you simply entertain that it is possible, this opens up certain avenues for you. Even though presently you may believe that you are not sufficiently prepared to move beyond these limitations, by simply allowing that the possibility does exist, however minute, and that if you allow yourself sufficiently, you may accomplish what you previously felt was impossible.

Doing so opens up avenues for your expansion and therefore it is beneficial to you to realize that all limitations are your own. If you believe a certain action or perhaps capability of yours is an impossibility it will be so. By at least allowing the possibility that it may occur and can occur even though you are currently disallowing it, then you have allowed yourself some space to widen your experience, to begin exploring new possibilities that before you had shut out.

Therefore I would encourage you to not consider aspects of your experience in your reality as impossible for this is an absolute limitation you have placed upon yourself. Instead consider it as an aspect you do not believe in but is possible for then you have allowed yourself to adjust your beliefs, to shift your opinion and therefore widen your experience and your awareness.
Now I'll engage in a brief discussion on the nature of beliefs. Beliefs permeate all aspects of your reality while engaged in your focus. You cannot dispense with beliefs for the beliefs themselves give structure to the focus. Were it not for beliefs your experience would be, shall we say, a jumbled mess of random experiences lacking continuity or, for that matter, comprehensibility.

Therefore beliefs are an essential element of engagement in a dimension such as yours. There is no aspect of you while in focus that is not influenced by your beliefs. Beliefs, fundamentally then, influence your perception. They do so in many ways. They influence your attention, they influence your desires and your wants, they influence your choices, they influence what you believe is possible and not.

As you move forward in your shift beliefs become more and more apparent and you will allow yourself to choose which ones you engage. You may view beliefs as a kind of mold, a mold that gives form to and shapes your reality, gives structure to that reality.

Many of the fundamental beliefs about your dimension are well embedded in the blueprint therefore when you first engage your perception in your dimension at birth you automatically will draw these beliefs to yourself, that is, your perception automatically is shaped by the fundamental core beliefs of your dimension. Then you will adopt additional beliefs of your choosing, as provided typically perhaps by your parents and other influential individuals that interact with you.

Therefore beliefs are essential to generating your reality in a manner that is comprehensible however they often also clutter your understanding and limit you in many ways. Fundamentally that is what a belief is: a belief is a limitation. If you had no limitations in your focus there would be no structure to your reality. It is a matter of choice which beliefs you engage, however to engage this choice you must first recognize them. Now I understand that much information has already been provided by others on the subject of beliefs and what I have expressed here is perhaps not all that different, however I chose to express it again in my own way as a reminder of how extremely influencing beliefs are and to not lose sight of not only how influencing they are but also how essential they are.

Now I will bid you a good day and close the session.
