Supporting an Energy Exchange and more on Perception

Thursday, September 8, 2016

L0033_2016_09_08

Good morning.

I will start with a description of sorts for individuals such as Fontine which have adapted the role of supporting another individual which is engaging in an energy exchange. Fundamentally such a person is of assistance to the one engaging the energy exchange by being encouraging of that action, by providing feedback and additional information which may help facilitate the energy exchange. Often times the person providing support does so on an emotional basis, that is providing emotional support to the other individual for there can be significant challenges particularly when the information expressed during their energy exchange is made available to others. Frequently the person engaging the energy exchange may have doubts, may not be fully trusting of themselves, or for that matter the essence they are engaging. And these are natural experiences for the very act of engaging in an energy exchange is unusual within your timeframe and the person doing so may feel uncomfortable in that role and the person supporting the energy exchange, helping to facilitate it, would have a comforting and calming influence on that.

The ways in which this comfort is provided to the other individual depends on the nature of the relationship between the two and on the specific needs of the individual engaging the energy exchange.

I myself in my focus of Vicki did provide these types of comforts and supports to Michael in his energy exchange with Elias, in that I provided to Michael a sense of safety and encouragement so as to help Michael feel more comfortable with the expression of Elias.

Again there is no single answer to that question of what the supporting person should or can do to assist the energy exchange, it is quite specific to the circumstances, to the needs of the person engaging the energy exchange and how best to address to those to make individual feel more comfortable. In other ways the individual supporting may provide information about how they feel progress is being made on the evolvement of the energy exchange and being encouraging in that manner.

Now I will continue with my discussion of perception. I have previously expressed how perception is influenced by each individual, how they influence their own perception and how perception draws information from the blueprint and how you influence that and modify that and cause perception to produce your experience.

Today I will provide some additional information as to what perception is and the nature of the imagery perception generates for you to experience. To begin, perception is, shall we say, a method you engage for the purpose of creating your experience in physical dimensions. It is something you do as essence to engage physical dimensions such as your own. By way of analogy, you are familiar with meditation and many individuals engage meditation for various purposes, perhaps to release energy or perhaps to meditate on a particular subject so as to become or acquire more information on that subject.

When you engage meditation for one of these purposes it is an activity you engage. It is similar then with perception, it is an activity Essence engages in order to participate in physical dimensions.

Now perception in a sense is the focus, is the focus in a physical dimension, for all experience is generated by perception. The imagery that your perception generates is somewhat like one of your virtual-reality experiences. This is perhaps a poor example, for the experience you generate through perception is not scripted, it is not predefined, it is continuously generated from your attentions and intents. However, as a very simple and perhaps crude example, you may say that the imagery generated by perception is a stream of sensory stimulation in great depth and detail that your consciousness is then aware of. This again is because what you perceive as the physical world is in fact subjective at its core.

Now the description I just gave you of perception should be understood in the context of my previous discussion on perception in that it is connected to the blueprint for the physical dimension. And again this blueprint is a kind of meeting point of consciousness for the individuals engaged in the dimension and this meeting point of consciousness is how you share your common experiences in these physical dimensions.

When an individual disengages, that is the life is finished, an individual dies, as you commonly state it, as you are aware the individual will then continue to experience physical reality in a kind of detached environment in which all of the imagery they experience is quite directly the result of their energy projection. That is to say that for this timeframe in which the individual has disengage physical reality but has not shed themselves of the beliefs and their perception, for this time period their perception has disengaged from the blueprint however it continues to generate experience for the individual and the experience it generates will now be more directly influenced and produced as a result of the individual’s beliefs and memories. Therefore because perception has now disengaged from the blueprint there is significantly more ease for the individual to generate whatever experiences they choose, for your perception no longer has, shall we say, a bias for information in the blueprint. It relies then solely on the individual’s memories and beliefs to create the imagery.

When the individual chooses to dispense with the focus entirely, at that point they cease to engage their perception entirely, and at that point they are no longer generating experience in that manner.

What I am expressing here is that perception creates sensory input into your consciousness of a nature that gives the illusion of being in a physical world. The physical world that each individual experiences when engaged in a particular dimension is real to the extent that it is a shared experience by the individuals and this experience also has characteristics of the physical world. However fundamentally perception is quite literally a generator of imagery, that is, it is a generator of sensory input.

Elias has mentioned that it is possible for you to create what he calls a puppet, that is what appears to be an individual that is not in actuality the focus of another essence, it is purely a physical manifestation. Now as you know all individuals that you encounter in your experience are your physical manifestations, that is their physical characteristics, like all other physical aspects of the world you experience, are an energy projection, they are generated by your perception. In the matter of these puppets, they are like that as well, however unlike that of a true individual in which the experience you have with them will involve to a large degree the other individual’s expression. With a puppet the individual's interactions with yourself are whatever you choose, whatever you believe they should be, whatever you intend them to be. In that state or environment after an individual disengages physical reality, individuals that they encounter there are these puppets, for again your perception has disengage from the blueprint and therefore interactions with these physical beings are no longer based on the expression of other essences, for perception is disconnected from the connecting point, from the blueprint. Individuals do occasionally generate these puppets while remaining engaged in the focus, although this is infrequent. It can occur for example at times when an individual wishes to accomplish something and they believe that this accomplishment requires another individual's participation. In these circumstances, on occasion and usually to a limited extent, the individual may generate a puppet to facilitate this action.

Let us take a hypothetical example. Supposing an individual has found themselves locked out of a room. They seem to either have misplaced the key to the room or perhaps they never had a key but they wish access to the room. It would be conceivable if the individual's intent was strong and they allow for themselves such an action, that they would generate a puppet to be brought into the scene which would then open the door for them and so thereby facilitating them in their desire to enter the room. However again these are fairly unusual experiences. Generally speaking the role of a puppet would be quite limited to you while engaged in your focus for it would lack the qualities that you attribute to real individuals.

Now I will close the session and bid you a good day.
